La UGA se destaca por su compromiso con la mejora continua, colaborando con todas las direcciones y coordinaciones del CDC para asegurar que los procesos administrativos impulsen la modernizaci\u00f3n, la innovaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo institucional en su misi\u00f3n de proteger y mejorar la salud p\u00fablica en Per\u00fa.<\/p><h2>Funciones principales<\/h2><ul><li><strong>Gesti\u00f3n de Recursos y Abastecimiento<\/strong>: Administra los recursos humanos y materiales, asegurando que el CDC cuente con el personal, los bienes y servicios necesarios, optimizando su operaci\u00f3n diaria y aline\u00e1ndola con las metas estrat\u00e9gicas.<\/li><li><strong>Planeamiento y Presupuesto:<\/strong> Lidera la planificaci\u00f3n, monitoreo y supervisi\u00f3n del planeamiento estrat\u00e9gico y la gesti\u00f3n presupuestal del CDC, velando por el uso adecuado de los recursos financieros asignados para cumplir de manera eficiente con los objetivos institucionales.<\/li><li><strong>Servicios Generales y Mantenimiento: <\/strong>Gestiona los servicios generales y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones, asegurando que el ambiente de laboral sea seguro, eficiente y adecuado para las actividades del CDC.<\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px\">Gesti\u00f3n Documentaria y Archivo: <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Administra el archivo documentario institucional, garantizando la confidencialidad, conservaci\u00f3n y accesibilidad de la informaci\u00f3n su uso en los procesos administrativos.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>                    <\/div>\n\t\t                    <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Unidad de Gesti\u00f3n Administrativa &#8211; UGA \u00bfQu\u00e9 somos? \u00bfQu\u00e9 somos?
